The rug was shipped from Sydney to Townsville quickly. However, once it got to Townsville there was NO communication-it turned up with no notice and was not left because nobody was home. I called within 2 hrs of getting a "card left " notice on my phone. I called to say I could pick it up from the local depot which was not possible cause it was still in the delivery truck circulating Townsville (not that big a city) The operator in Sydney said they would get the driver to call with a redeliver time that afternoon, which never happened. It took over a week to have it delivered- despite on-line re-deliver arrangements for the next day and multiple calls ( all going back to Sydney who could not contact their local agent) In the end, they delivered while my elderly mother was NOT AT HOME ,despite letting them know she had a Drs apt. I was in daily contact with the seller and the courier company and nobody could do anything. Ultimately, the product is fine but very disappointed with customer service-both from the seller and the courier service.
