Never use this company! This company hasn’t replied to my emails in the past three weeks. They delivered the rug I bought for my son’s Christmas present to my home address in Tasmania rather than his home address in Victoria in spite of me double checking the delivery address. They are now refusing to respond to my requests that they rectify the situation as it’s their mistake. I will be seeking legal advice.
