Super disappointing experience.. I ordered the Cosmopolitan Clement Traditional Grey, as you can see by the photos this item arrived with a blue hue intertwined (which doesn’t appear on the product images or any “customer reviews”)
I reached out originally to exchange this item however the team isn’t accommodating at all.
I’ve had to return this as “change of mind” which means I pay a 20% restock fee and a $41 shipping fee to return an item that is correctly manufactured.
I wouldn’t recommend shopping here, no wonder why everything is always “ON SALE”

I’d give 0 stars if it was possible, I ordered this rug which arrived with an blue hue intertwined (almost an ombré effect as you can see in the photos, going from grey to blue, not the “Traditional Grey” that’s marketed with this product) I work closely in manufacturing and understand products can vary, I reached out to the Rugs Direct team to express my concern and return for an exchange or refund however their team haven’t been accommodating at all sadly. I wouldn’t recommend purchasing here as they are charging me a 20% “change of mind” fee even though my mind wouldn’t have “changed” if the rug simply arrived how it was photographed and described in the product description.
