I was sent the wrong rug! The label was actually correct but the design of the rug was not correct (as pictured). I emailed support immediately and to my shock after sending photos they told me it was dispatched correctly! I have been quite frustrated by having to fight to get a replacement. It felt like I never got acknowledgement that it was a mistake on their end, and took weeks to get it re-evaluated to organise a return. The return postage has been a nightmare as well, being organised after hours on the day the courier was ordered for pick up. Professional communication but infuriating and felt like I wasn’t listened to or respected. Pretty upset about this situation honestly. Positive has been postage was pretty fast and easy to unroll.
