Your rugs are lovely, good quality and arrived earlier than advised BUT the follow up service is poor. I was sent the wrong size anti slip mat. It took three emailed attempts to get a response -then I answered with the requested photo to show the delivery docket and the incorrect size label. Today I have followed up that email for the second time.
