Fast shipping & great quality rug for the price! Super happy with it

It's beautiful. It's cream with darker beige lines. It's not bright white / bleached / dull / grey/ yellow. It holds its shape while still being soft. It feels consistent/flat under the feet (not lumpy or hard). Issues: 1) it gets dirty and stains VERY easy (even with shoes off and regular cleaning). The edges are already blackened/grey after 3 months 2) the wool weave has pulled out (into a loose thread or lump) in multiple areas. Despite these issues, I think a large rug for this price is good value and would buy again.

I love the rug but the service and shipping were terrible. The rug was lost in transit, found, reported as damaged and not coming then turned up anyway - not damaged! Rugs Direct were either completely unresponsive, or disinterested and unsympathetic, and the shipping company are clearly incompetent.

Perfect for the space and purpose

I bought two of these rugs and they are absolutely beautiful. Clean lines and look stunning. One in my dining room and one in my living room. Easy to clean . To be honest, they are strong rugs and dont need an underlay. Many comments already how great they look. Quick delivery and great to deal with. My girlfriends are going to buy the same. Very Happy
