very impressed with the customer service. I ordered two matching hall runners, and unfortunately when they arrived they were two different runners. There was no problem, however, in getting this fixed within a short time, once I provided photos of the delivery. Thank you - it's often when something goes wrong that you get to test the customer service culture - and we were very happy. Now I just have to work out how to return the runner that was the wrong one!
