Absolutely gorgeous rug! Lovely and soft and looks exactly as pictured and how I had hoped. The only suggestion I have to Rugs Direct is to roll their rugs with the pile facing outwards, so when unrolled, the rug naturally turns downward and encourages the rug to flatten quicker. Rather than turning upwards at the edges. I had some issues with delivery- however that is not a reflection of Rugs Direct and purely my local courier company. I would be more than happy to purchase through Rugs Direct again!
