Abhorrent service and trying to extort money from me by stating various fees which are no where outlined in their Refund Policy. They have failed to provide any evidence of the various fees they mentioned in their email and claimed to have a "technical glitch" in their system. I have made a complaint to Consumer Affairs Vic.

I was a bit sceptical of ordering a rug online as I was concerned that colours and quality may not be as they look on the website. I'm very happy to say not onky did my rug arrive exactly when they said but also the quality, colours and look are just as the photos on their site showed. Good quality rug and great price. Will order from them again when my new house is finished.
